While in VA a few weeks ago, Stephen and I took a little road trip to a tiny city, called Chase City. Ever heard of it? It literally had maybe 3 stoplights and if you blinked, well you missed it. This tiny, quaint town had such character and a beautiful garden nestled in a very nice historic neighborhood near town.
Here are some pictures from our trip!

LOVE this house...only blocks away from the gardens. |
Stephen by some steps. |
They had a huge courtyard that was boxed off by this half wall and columns. |
One of the alley ways. |
They had some of strangest assortment of things. |
SO NEAT. There were all different kinds of brick on this. |
Loved this circular gate. |
Stephen and I had fun walking around the gardens, and having the entire place to ourselves. The only thing was it was about 100 degrees and I ended up with over 40 mosquito bites. YIKES. Although I look like a happy camper in the pictures, you should have seen me when Stephen wasn't taking a picture. MISERABLE.
