Sorry for not posting yesterday, but it was my catch up day! I had fall break on Monday and Tuesday and after being in the mountains all weekend, I was not ready to jump back into all my school work on one my days off. So yesterday was spent writing two papers and making a digital portfolio. One of my teacher's really into technology and so Prezi is a great resource for making my portfolio. For those of you in school or in a career that requires presentations, Prezi is an awesome resource. The best way to describe it is that it is a spin off of a boring PowerPoint. You can do practically anything on it, and make a path for your work, so as you click it goes from one image to another. The image can be anything from an uploaded video, uploaded information from a Microsoft Word document, etc. Here is the one that I have been working on: Prezi Presentation. When you click on the link, zoom out and find and click on "Addison's Digital Portfolio." Once you click this it should zoom in on the image and in the bottom right corner click the play button. Keep hitting play as it goes through my presentation.
You can also go on the main page to see examples. This is so awesome, and it will blow all your teachers and classmates away! Couldn't help holding this in and not sharing with you all.
