Yep this bad boy was made for dressing and I finally put it to good use.
Ingredients
1 clove garlic
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
(For the oil and vinegar - put your own measurements in until you get the taste you prefer)
Directions
- Dice a clove of garlic.
- Place diced garlic, 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard, 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt, 1/8 teaspoon pepper, 1/4 cup red wine vinegar, and 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil in your container.
- Shake the jar to emulsify the ingredients. Taste and adjust quantities as desired.
Vinaigrette can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
