Yummy vinaigrette

This vinaigrette recipe is some yummy stuff. I am so glad I finally found one I like. And look at the contraption I put it in.







Yep this bad boy was made for dressing and I finally put it to good use.

Ingredients
1 clove garlic
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil

(For the oil and vinegar - put your own measurements in until you get the taste you prefer)

Directions

  • Dice a clove of garlic.

  • Place diced garlic, 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard, 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt, 1/8 teaspoon pepper, 1/4 cup red wine vinegar, and 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil in your container. 

  • Shake the jar to emulsify the ingredients. Taste and adjust quantities as desired. 



Vinaigrette can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
