Good Things Come to Those Who Wait

Yesterday was a great day!

First off, we got a FREE meal from Taziki's. They invited us to enjoy lunch while their staff was in training. Favorite Greek place and free food, of course we said yes!


Then we spent the afternoon at the lawyer's office. Yes, yes it is true. After eight and a half months, we finally closed on our house! I feel like doing a happy dance I am so excited.

Now for the painting, new carpet, repairs, etc. We are moving in three weeks so more updates to come.

 

By the way .... I am typing this from my hotel room in NYC. Monday- Close on our house, Tuesday - Thursday - Working in the Big Apple, Friday- Work and travel back to Alabama. Can someone let me know when we get a break??? :)
